THE TREASURE CHEST

Once upon a time there was a little girl called Orla. She was out walking with her friends. Suddenly Orla’s friends Emma said “look there’s something under the bush”. What is it” said Orla. “Let’s go check” said Emma. They went to go and check what it was. It was a big red X. It was under a bush though so they couldn’t get at it. Orla asked her dad to help them and he did. So they spent about three days digging the hole. When they were finished there was some gold at the bottom. Then Orla’s dad said it reminded him of a time when he was a child.
