Party with the Wrong Colour Dress!

“I’m so excited to go to Natalie’s party tonight!” I said. Natalie’s party was a disco. I told her I’m wearing a lovely red dress with roses on it.

I wanted my dress to look clean so I put it in the washing machine. I didn’t realise that Mum was washing the whites.

It was the night of the party. I was very excited to try on my dress. Suddenly “Ahhhh!” I came screaming down the stairs. “What’s wrong?” asked Mum. “My dress is the wrong colour!” I screamed again. “It’s alright, dear,” said Mum. “But it is the wrong colour!”
