The day was finally here. My 6th birthday. I was so excited as I had asked for a new puppy. I woke up my mom and dad and we all went downstairs. When we got downstairs I didn’t see a new puppy! All I saw was a FROG!!! I was so cross that I wouldn’t come out of my room for five whole hours. My whole family was trying to get me to come out but I wouldn’t. my mom said that the cake had arrived and that she would get me a new puppy so I came out. I forgave everyone and we all went back to being a happy family again!
