Dear Mr O’Brian,
You promised me a tuned guitar with metal strings. You would not believe what turned up I got a ukulele that had plastic strings and it was completely out of tune. I want a free guitar immediately. And if you don’t I will sue your business and take all guitars including yours and I will object to your busking permit. I am extremely disappointed in your customer service.
