Dear Manager,

I have sent you this letter of complaint for a reason. First of all, your toys are brilliant. When I went to your shop I didn’t have a pleasant time.  The fringe of the person that helped me looked like it hadn’t been washed for weeks. That is very unsanitary. When I was walking around I spotted some cracked eggs on the floor. Then the lights started flickering on and off. When I went to the bathroom there was black mould on the wall. I wasn’t very satisfied with the experience that I had. I hope that you can do something about this.
